Gale Simmons has Thirty years of experience in Land Title, including 19 years in Harrison County,
1 year in Marion County, and 10 years in Gregg and Upshur Counties. Gale is experienced in
Abstracting, Title Examination, Commitment preparation and Policy Administration.
Gale has attended the Texas Land Title School.
Gale is currently the Records and Plant Manager. She is the chief archivist ensuring the
preservation of our maps, cards, and history.
Gale is also the head examination department. She is in charge of the department who examines
the title and prepares the title commitments for the title insurance policies.
